My 60 Day Challenge.

For the next 60 days I challenge anyone who is reading this to do this challenge with me. Everyday follow the list and at the end of the 60 days let’s talk about our results. Take a before and after picture if you want and show it at the end of this challenge if you want to. Document somewhere how you physically feel now and how your feelings have changed at the end of the 60 days. You can keep a journal if you want to show the results. Good luck, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Any of these movements can be divided up through the day or all at once.
60 jumping jacks
60 sit ups or crunches
60 lunges
60 stretches (any part of the body)
10-15 minutes or more of moderate to brisk walking.
Eat half of what you usually eat. Remember that what you drink is important to think about also.
For an in-between snack eat an apple, nuts or something better for you. The key is to add something good to your daily eating. Eat dark chocolate.
Drink 4 bottles of water a day (or more)
Use the I AM mantra… I AM amazing. I AM Wonderful, I AM in control, I AM financially secure, I AM loved. Whatever it is that you want to be or have, say it for 60 Days. Visualize what it is, talk and act like you already have it, you are it.
Stretch as much as you can.
Think about what you’re grateful for in your life. (Family, friends, being able to walk, breathe, to remember, having a car etc.)

Repair your muscles you have been using by eating protein and potassium.
Please drink a cup of milk before you go to bed. When our bodies rest, it is the best time for them to repair their selves. So drinking milk at night works well. Also, if you have stomach issues like acid reflux or heartburn, it helps ease the symptoms by coating the stomach.
Cottage Cheese
Tart cherries
Nuts and seeds
Add turmeric to your dishes (it’s in the spices, usually in the baking isle at the grocery store) great in chili or just adding to any dish, including eggs.
Spinach
Salmon

Sweet potatoes
Ginger (also in the baking isle or you can buy it whole in the fresh vegetable section) use in your tea or toast, hot chocolate, or in general baking. Fresh ginger is very pungent, so use lightly until you get to your specific taste.
Eggs
Potatoes (the skin is where the potassium is)
Bananas

Here are some signs of what a potassium deficiency will cause
Fatigue
Constipation
Irritability
Muscle cramps
Weight gain
Blood pressure problems
Heart palpitations
Cellulite buildup
Nausea
Arthritis
Abdominal cramping

Bloating
